Materials

All our frames are made with high quality materials like stainless steel and earth-friendly bioacetate. Our lenses are made of scratch-resistant CR-39, the gold standard in optics.

Sustainability

Our frames are crafted from bio-acetate, an eco-conscious material that's both biodegradable and free from petroleum. Made from a blend of cotton and wood pulp with plasticisers, bio-acetate produces vibrant & durable frames.

Sizing

You can find the sizing details for a specific item in the product specifications section on its product page.

Care

Clean the sunglasses with a gentle cloth and always store them in the Ampor case when not in use. Avoid washing with soap and water. Keep them out of prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Avoid placing the glasses upside down or sliding them on rough surfaces to prevent lens scratches.

Prescription Lenses

Ampor does not offer prescription lenses, as we do not manufacture them. However, you can easily have the lenses replaced at your local optician's shop.

Order & Delivery

Order Tracking

You’ll get an email or message from our delivery service with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If the tracking number isn’t working, please try again later, as the system may need some time to refresh with the latest updates.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We process orders quickly, so while we’ll do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to modify or cancel your order in time. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled. However, feel free to reach out to our Customer Support team at support@ampor.in, and we will make every effort to help with your request.

International Orders

At this time, we only ship within India.

Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges and Return Policy

We provide complimentary returns and exchanges for all domestic orders within India, as long as the request is made within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, and placed in its original packaging before requesting a return or exchange. Please email us at support@ampor.in with your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the item you would like to receive in exchange.

Incorrect Order

To expedite the resolution of the issue, please email us at support@ampor.in with your order number, and include a photo of the product, along with a picture of the back of the box showing the label. Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could send a photo of the temple, clearly displaying the serial number.

Refund

If your return is accepted, we will process a reimbursement within 7 business days using the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the transaction is complete. The reimbursement will typically reflect in your account within 1 to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Warranty & Repair

Duration of Warranty

Ampor provides a 1 year warranty for all its glasses, specifically covering any soldering points that fail due to manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear, such as lens scratches, broken lenses, or damage resulting from improper use or mishandling.

To activate the warranty, customers must contact Customer Service, providing details of the defective item, proof of purchase, and a photo of the product, all within the warranty period (1 year).

*Ampor reserves the right to deny complimentary warranty service if the required documents are not submitted, or if the provided information is incomplete or unreadable.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to:

* Defects and damage resulting from loss, theft, fire, water, or natural disasters.
* Issues caused by improper use, negligence (such as impacts, crushing, dents, or broken glass), or accidents.
* Wear and tear from regular use, including consumables (parts that typically need periodic replacement during the product’s lifetime).

Defected Products

If you have received a defected item, please reach out to our customer service team at support@ampor.in. To expedite the resolution process, kindly provide your order number and include a photo of the product along with an image of the back of the box showing the label.

All payments are securely processed through Razorpay and fully comply with Reserve Bank of India regulations.

Cash on Delivery

Currently, we do not provide the option for Cash on Delivery (COD).

Order and Payment Confirmation

The total cost of your order will be deducted from your account once the payment has been processed and approved.

If payment is not received after the order has been processed, we may automatically cancel your order without prior notice.

You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, sent to the address you provided during checkout. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Protection of Payment Details

All transactions are processed through our payment service partner, RazorPay, utilizing secure encryption and adhering to rigorous Reserve Bank of India (RBI) protocols. Your card information is transmitted directly to the bank and is neither accessible nor retrievable by us.

Our discounts are valid only for purchases made directly through our official website and are available for a limited time.

If you have entered a discount code during checkout and it hasn’t been applied, please verify that the code was active at the time of your purchase. If the code was valid but not applied, reach out to us at support@ampor.in for assistance. We’re here to help! ;)
